XP is earned by collecting rent (more tenants = more XP, with a bonus for collecting while repairs are current) and by repairing your properties. Levels unlock extra tenant slots, higher rent income, and repair discounts — scaling up to +30% rent, five bonus slots, and 25% off repairs at the max level of 10. Your property's level is now shown in the dashboard dropdown and detail view, along with a live XP progress bar.

Each block within a tier now uses a distinct, clearly identifiable color.Property: repair costs and damage calculation has been reworked to prevent runaway debt accumulation, particularly for high-occupancy properties like hotels and apartments. Previously, every tenant individually rolled for damage events each cycle, meaning a fully-occupied hotel could generate 20-30 simultaneous repair bills and rack up $200k+ in a single day. Damage events are now rolled at the property level instead: one roll for smaller properties, two for larger ones (10+ tenants)
Property: purchase UI now uses a dropdown to select property types
PokeGacha: fixed an issue with
